When purchasing through the "Gift These Gloves" option, there is no physical product shipped until the giftee redeems their gift/code.

- Use Chrome, Firefox, or Edge browsers for video messages
- Or write your message the old-fashioned way!
- Provide your email address, physical address, and billing information
- Note: the physical address is only for billing purposes; we will not ship the gift to you, but instead will ship to the address the recipient provides.

Some questions you may be asking yourself:
When will the recipient receive their gift?
- The recipient receives their confirmation email (about 30 seconds after the purchase). From here, they can watch the video/read your message and proceed to make their purchase!
How do I ensure the gloves will include branding?
- All gloves and mittens gifted through the app automatically include branding. If you're looking to purchase without branding, a gift certificate (not gift these gloves) will be your best option right now.
What if I don't use the full gifted amount on the code?
- The code the recipient receives is a one time use code. If the full total is not redeemed on the first order, the remaining balance will be lost.
