What am I eligible for?
Exchanges | Give'r accepts exchanges for only unused items purchased directly from give-r.com within the contiguous US. Exchanged items must be in new condition with tags attached. Give'r reserves the right to determine if the product(s) meet this criteria.
Returns | Give'r accepts returns for only unused or lightly used items purchased directly from give-r.com within 60 days of purchase/order date. If items are returned outside of this 60 day window, you will be credited 50% of your original purchase price. Give'r reserves the right to determine if the product(s) meet this criteria.
Branded products are eligible for exchange, however, a customization fee will be applied. See below for details.
Returns & Exchanges |
Step 1 | Fill out the Give’r Return & Exchange Form. Step 2 | Give'r will supply a return label after assessing your form entry (please allow 1-2 business days). Please use this label to send your product(s) back. Step 3 | If Exchanging: Upon receiving your original product back at Give'r HQ, our team will send over an invoice for return shipping + any additional fees. Once your exchange is received, inspected, and processed at Give'r HQ, our team will send over an invoice via email for the exchanged product (fully discounted), shipping cost back to you, plus any additional fees. Step 3 | If Returning: Once your return is received, inspected, and processed at Give'r HQ, our team will refund the card used at the time of purchase for the amount of the product (initial shipping cost will not be credited back and the carrier calculated return label will be deducted + any additional fees). FYI | Your invoice will be open for 2 weeks, if your invoice is not paid within that timeframe, Give'r will issue a store credit via electronic gift card for your item. *Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless Give'r is at fault. |

Exchanges
- If your products are sent back with tags removed or missing, a 10% retagging fee may be applied and invoiced. Sales tax may apply to fees based on state.
- If exchanging a branded item, the customization fee (see below) will be invoiced with your desired exchange product/order.
Returns
- Return shipping will be deducted prior to issuing a refund or store credit.
- Once received and processed at Give'r HQ:
- Refunds to original payment may take 5-7 business days to be credited to your account
- Store credit is emailed immediately in the form of an electronic gift card.
- If returning a branded item, the customization fee (see below) will be deducted prior to refund or store credit.
- Products must be returned within 2 months of form submission, after 2 months the form submission will expire and the request will be closed.
- If you have received your order as a gift and are interested in returning, we are happy to send you a store credit in the form of an electronic gift card. *This applies to all purchases within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Can I return or exchange products from different Give'r orders in one return shipment?
- Yes, granted that you provide all order number information in the Give'r Return & Exchange Form, and all purchases originate from the Give’r online store.
Customization Fee - applies to branded items only!
If you choose to receive branded initials on your gloves or mittens, in order to meet on middle ground, we ask for a customization fee if this product is returned or exchanged. This fee helps cover the cost of the new pair of gloves and keeps our lights on and branders hot!

- Lightweight Gloves = $10.00/pair

Store Credit Process
Store credits are processed upon request once your return has been received, inspected, and processed by Give'r HQ. It may take up to 3 business days to process your store credit in-house.
- Your store credit will be sent to the email on file (under the Return Form) and received immediately in the form of an electronic gift card.
