The Step by Step Process
- Determine if you will be returning or exchanging your product.
- Check out what is eligible for return or exchange here!
- Please fill out the Give’r Return & Exchange Form.
- Reminder | For branded items that are returned, a customization fee will be applied prior to refund based on product. What does the customization fee cover? Check it out here!
- Our team will be in touch within 1-2 business days.
- If your request is accepted, Give'r will send a pre-paid return label via email. Please use this label to send your item(s) back to Give'r HQ.
- Once your return or exchange is received back at Give'r HQ, our team will process either...
- Your exchange request | you will receive an invoice to complete your exchange request.
- Your return request | you will receive an email confirmation with refund information. Keep in mind, your refund may take 5-10 business days to be credited back on your account depending on your banking institution.
Products must be returned to Give'r HQ with the return label provided within 2 months of form submission, after 2 months the form submission will expire and the request will be closed.
