The Step by Step Process
Step 1
- Determine if you will be returning or exchanging your product.

- Please fill out the Give’r Return & Exchange Form.

- Our team will be in touch within 1-2 business days.
- If your request is accepted, Give'r will send a pre-paid return label via email. Please use this label to send your item(s) back to Give'r HQ.
Step 3
- Once your return or exchange is received back at Give'r HQ, our team will process either...
- Your exchange request | you will receive an invoice to complete your exchange request.
- Your return request | you will receive an email confirmation with refund information.
Important Information
Products must be returned to Give'r HQ with the return label provided within 2 months of form submission, after 2 months the form submission will expire and the request will be closed.
Return FAQs
- Refunds are processed once your return has been received and accepted by Give'r HQ.
- Do I receive an email when the Give'r Garage receives my return?
- No, however, refunds are processed once your return has been received, inspected, and accepted by Give'r HQ.
- How will I be refunded if I used a store credit or gift card on my order?
- Refunds will be processed in the way of a a new store credit/gift card for the paid amount of the item.
- Reminder: Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless Give'r is at fault.
