Cancelling My Order
- We are able to make cancellations within 1 business day. If your order has already gone into production (typically 1 day after ordering) it's likely we are unable to cancel your order, however, we will do our best.
- If you have received an email with tracking information, we are unable to cancel your order.

- We are able to make changes within 1 business day. If you are making a request past this time, we will do our best, but we cannot make any guarantees. If your order has already been accepted into fulfillment your order is considered "locked" and we cannot make changes.

Shipping Address Change
- If you are requesting a shipping address change to an already shipped order, fees may apply to make this alteration. Please submit a "submit a request" and we would be happy to assist!
Can I change my credit card payment to another card after placing an order?
- At this time, we are unable to alter payments once the order is placed. What we can do is cancel your order if your order has not gone into production. Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team by "submitting a request" and they will be able to provide the best service and guidance for your specific order!
