If you choose to personalize your gloves or mittens with initials, to meet on middle ground, we ask for a customization fee on the returned product. This fee helps cover the cost of the new pair of gloves and keeps our lights on and branders hot!

For example:

Branded Classic Give'r Gloves = $57.00, the refund will be $37.00 ($57.00 - $20.00 Customization Fee).
