Cancellations & Modifications
- Due to high volume, orders cannot be modified once placed. This includes but is not limited to, adding/removing personalization, changing a product style or size, adding more items to an order, removing items from an order, combining shipments, or updating a shipping address.
- Once an order is in production, no cancellations can be made.
- At this time, we are not able to alter payments or billing addresses once the order is placed.
- We strive to fulfill orders within 3-5 business days after receiving your order. Your order will be shipped based on your selected shipping speed from there.
- Once your item has been fulfilled and assigned tracking, no cancellations can be made.
- Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 48-72 hours for live tracking updates.
- We are not held responsible for delivery to an incorrect address
