All Orders
Address Changes: Once an order is placed, no changes can be made to the address.
Order Confirmation: After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking details via the email address provided at checkout. Check your spam and/or promotional folders if you don't see the email in your inbox, as it might be filtered there.
Tracking Updates: Please allow 48-72 hours for live tracking updates.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are only responsible for the shipping cost if we are at fault for the original shipment.
Liability: Give'r is not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address, shipping delays, lost packages, or other shipping issues.
Shipping Timeline
Orders are currently shipped within 3-5 business days to allow for proper production time. Shipping times are based on the selected shipping speed. Note that fulfillment and shipping timelines are separate.
Undelivered Items
Return to Sender: If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to Give'r at the carrier's discretion. Once we receive the returned order, we will contact you. You will be responsible for any extra shipping fees required for re-delivery.
If you do not provide the necessary information within one week of us receiving the returned order, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note, that if your item had personalization, a $20 customization fee will be deducted from your refund.
Lost Packages: There are a few scenarios where you may think your order is lost in transit.
Marked Delivered, But No Package: First, look at where the package was left according to your tracking and check around your shipping address. Be sure to check all surrounding areas, including your mailbox, and ask neighbors or other household members.
Sometimes delivery drivers mark packages as "delivered" before they are dropped off. If this happens, wait one full business day after the delivery scan, as packages often show up within 1-2 days.
Tracking Shows No Movement: If your tracking hasn’t updated, wait 48-72 hours for live tracking updates. If tracking seems stuck, it might be due to high shipping volumes or weather conditions. Check the detailed information on your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email for the latest delivery estimate.
Gift Certificates

Gift certificates will be automatically sent to the email address you provided upon payment, which may take up to 24 hours.
Domestic Orders (United States)
Orders $100+ qualify for free shipping, except during holiday periods.
Domestic customers have various shipping options available at checkout. Choose the option that best fits your address and timing needs (e.g., use USPS options for PO Boxes). Additional costs may apply for faster shipping speeds.
Canadian and International Orders

UPS Standard: 5-8 business days
UPS Expedited: 4-6 business days
