Package Location: Look at where the package was left according to your tracking and check around your shipping address. Be sure to check all surrounding areas, including your mailbox, and ask neighbors or other household members.
Tracking Shows Delivered, But It's Not at Your Door/Mailbox: Sometimes, delivery drivers mark packages as "delivered" before they arrive. If this happens, wait one full business day after the delivery scan, as packages often show up within 1-2 days.
Tracking Shows No Movement: If your tracking hasn’t updated, wait 48-72 hours for live tracking updates. If tracking seems stuck, it might be due to high shipping volumes or weather conditions. Check the detailed information on your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email for the latest delivery estimate.
