Have you received your tracking information only to find there is no update or estimated delivery time? Fear not!
How to check shipment details via tracking number:
- Please allow 48-72 hours for live tracking updates.
- One thing we want to note is once the package is picked up from our garage, the responsibility of the delivery is now in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please see our Shipping Policy for more guidelines. If you think your package is lost, please read this article for more details.
- We also encourage you to contact the carrier of your package to gain better insight on your orders whereabouts. The carrier will be able to provide you with information that Give'r is not able to obtain. If you believe your package is lost, please click HERE.
UPS Orders (including Mail Innovation Shipping)
- Copy and Paste your tracking number into the UPS website then click on "View Details" at the bottom.
- Choose the Shipment Progress tab
- This will provide you with all the current scans/movements of your package.
- If you notice your package has not been scanned for more than 3 days, submit a request to notify our Customer Experience.
USPS Orders
- Copy and Paste your tracking number into the USPS website.
- Click on "See All Tracking History"
- This will provide you with all the current scans/movements of your package.
