Most of our customers are not always at the shipping address to receive their packages, so we do not require a signature for delivery.
If you live in an area with porch pirates, we recommend:
- Submit a Request before your order ships and Give'r may be able to add "require a signature for delivery" for an additional fee.
- If your package was shipped via UPS | Call UPS (1 (800) 742-5877) once you get your tracking number, and request to have your package held at a local office for pick up. We are not responsible for stolen packages once UPS has marked your package as delivered.
- If your package was shipped via USPS | and has already been fulfilled and shipped with a USPS label, we are unable to alter deliver instructions.
