Gift Card / Certificate

• No Expiration: Give’r gift certificates never expire!
• Sending as a Gift: You can check the box “I want to send this as a gift” for an electronic gift card to go directly to the recipient. Gift certificate codes are sent the same day of purchase.
• Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are not included in the gift certificate amount.
• Delivery Timing: Allow up to 24 hours to receive your gift certificate code via email, as payment must be captured before the code is sent.

Store Credit for Returns

• Store credit is sent as an electronic gift certificate (gift card).
• Your store credit is valid for a full calendar year, with the expiration date noted in the email.
• If your credit expires sooner than expected, reach out to us—we’re happy to help!

Applying Gift Certificate (aka Store Credit) at Checkout

• Be sure you’re on the checkout page where it asks for payment (not the “Your Cart” page — the code won’t work there).
• Look for the field labeled “Discount code or gift card.”
• Copy and paste your store credit code into that field and apply.
