Are your prices only in USD?
- All prices listed on our site are in USD, though if we ship to your international location, your final cost should show in your specific countries/regions currency at checkout.
- If you need to cancel your order before it ships, you'll be refunded in USD. We cannot guarantee that the exchange rate will be the same as when you placed your order, and as a result, your returned amount may be slightly less than you initially spent. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
Can I update my order after it's been purchased?
- We cannot guarantee any order updates, however, if you reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

- If your order has already shipped, we can request to have the package returned to us, however, the customer is responsible for any fees that may apply.
What can I expect during the ordering process?
- At checkout, be sure to change the country to your specific destination as it is automatically set to the United States.
- If you receive a message that says "shipping not available for selected address" check the list of countries we ship to and if your country is on there and you are still getting this error, please reach out to us.
- Duties and taxes are calculated and added into the shipping cost on most items at the time of checkout.
- This can result in the price of shipping to look quite expensive, but it makes it so your order goes from our garage directly to your door. No stops at the border necessary!
- We offer multiple shipping speeds, so please choose according to what best suits your needs.
How long will it take to receive my package?
- Though we cannot promise delivery dates, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled that will provide you with an Estimated Time of Arrival.
- Currently we are shipping orders within 3-5 business days to allow for proper production time for your order. Your order will be shipped based on your selected shipping speed from there.

Shipping Speed break down:
- UPSMI Priority (UPS Mail Innovations) = Up to 20 business days
- UPS Standard = 5-8 business days
- UPS Expedited = 4-6 business days
- We offer Mail Innovations (MI) to our Northern Neighbors so your order can be delivered to a PO Box. This process does allow for more shipping options, however, it does extend the shipping timeline. MI can take 10-20 business days to get delivered to you. For more information about MI, click here.

Can I return if I'm located outside of The United States?
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders, however, if you have a question or concern about a product/order please reach out to us.
