Mail Innovations will show up as UPSMI Priority and the recipient is responsible for paying the estimated duties and taxes at checkout. 

What is Mail Innovations (MI)?

• MI is an integration within UPS that offers additional delivery services to our international friends that would not generally be available through UPS services. 

Do I have to use Mail Innovations?

• No, you can choose other options when checking out, however, if you have a PO Box you will need to use MI or provide a different shipping address that UPS can deliver to. 
• Other shipping options will include duties and taxes at checkout. 

How long will it take to receive my package?

• Once you are notified with tracking information, your package is on the way to the International MI facility. This may take up to 7 business days. 
• When your package is scanned at the MI facility, the average time in transit until it is delivered will be 7-14 business days.
• In total, an international package using UPSMI can be anywhere from 10-20 business days.

I used MI for shipping and my tracking has no movement. Help!

• With MI your order will be shipped twice: 
  1. From Give'r to the MI Facility (up to 7 business days) 
     • You will not receive the tracking information for this shipment 
     • Customer Support can provide further information (reach out to us)
  2. From the MI Facility to the recipient of the package (7-14 business days)
     
     • This is the tracking number you were emailed
     • You will not see movement on your tracking until it has been scanned by the MI Facility.
• Once your order is picked up from the Give'r garage it is now the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Give'r is unable to make any changes or provide delivery dates regarding your shipment. For more on tracking, click here.
