The Give'r Limited Guarantee extends to all Give'r gloves, clothing, hats, and (most) Accessories purchased at www.give-r.com
The warranty does not extend to any giveaways, stickers, Hugh's Secret 'Stache items, or coozies.
The Limited Guarantee provided by Give'r only applies to the original purchaser of the product. Give'r guarantees that our products will be free from any defects in materials and workmanship as long as they are used for their intended purpose.
The Limited Guarantee covers defects that occur due to the intended use and care instructions of the product. We will replace, exchange, or refund the defective product. However, the warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time.
If an item is part of our limited edition line, we cannot guarantee inventory will be available for a replacement. Give'r will work with you regarding options.
Damages not covered by the guarantee
- Normal wear and tear
- Natural breakdown of colors and materials over time and extended use
- Breathability or warmth
- Extensive fire exposure
- Burn marks due to The Oven Method (make sure the oven rack is in placed in the middle)
- Animal damage (dogs love leather)
- Punctures/scratches, not limited to barbed fence or wood shards, axe cuts, box cutters, and other sharp objects.
- Any modifications, repairs, or replacement parts made by third parties.
You must not have caused any damage to the product through misuse, negligence, or any other means.
To proceed with determining eligibility, Give'r requires proof of the original order (order number and/or receipt).
Products bought from sources other than Give'r are not covered by the Limited Guarantee. If the purchase was made elsewhere, you need to coordinate with the original retailer.
Limited Guarantee Claims
To initiate a return under the Limited Guarantee or request a replacement, please contact Give'r Customer Experience at firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a request. Provide your order number and any photos that will help your claim. Once we assess the claim, we will provide a solution, whether with a replacement or a return (for a refund).
If the requested or returned product is not covered by the Give'r Limited Guarantee, we will be in touch to provide additional options available for you.
