Using a Gift Card or Store Credit
- Enter your code at checkout in the field labeled “Discount code or gift card.”
- Be sure you’re pasting it into the correct box so it applies properly, see image below

- We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
- International customers: PayPal may occasionally glitch. If this happens, try using a credit card instead—this usually resolves the issue quickly.
International Checkout Errors
- If you see an error message, double-check that your country is selected at checkout.
- You can confirm if we ship to your country here.

Out-of-Stock Items
- If you can’t add an item to your cart, it’s likely sold out.
- You’re welcome to check with our retail partners to see if they have stock.
- If we plan to restock, you’ll see a “Notify Me When Available” button on the product page:
- Select your size or product option.
- Click “Notify Me When Available.”
- Enter your email address to be notified when it’s back.
No “Notify Me When Available” Option
- If this option doesn’t appear, it means we don’t plan to restock the item.
- The sizes currently available are the final ones left.
- We’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
