Are your prices in USD or CAD?

• All prices listed on our site are in USD, not CAD.
  • If you need to cancel your order before it ships, you'll be refunded in USD. We cannot guarantee that the exchange rate will be the same as when you placed your order, and as a result, your returned amount may be slightly less than you initially spent. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

What is the ordering process?

• Duties and taxes are calculated and added into the shipping cost at the time of checkout. 
  • Because duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, your package will not be stopped at the border for additional fees and your package will be delivered to you quicker! 
• We offer multiple shipping speeds, so please choose according to what best suits your needs. 

How long will it take to receive my package?

• We offer Mail Innovations (MI) to our Northern Neighbors so your order can be delivered to a PO Box. This process does allow for more shipping options, however, it does extend the shipping timeline. MI can take 10-20 business days to get delivered to you. For more information about MI, click here. 

Can I return if I'm in Canada?

• We don't offer returns or exchanges for Canadian orders, however, if you have a question or concern about your order please submit a request here.
